INTRODUCTION : The present book in english is addressed to medical doctors, who have already had contact with English during their studies (7 years). On the other hand it is necessary to have medical background information for the success of this book. Reading Comprehension is the main goal of this book, being supported by listening, speaking and writing. Speaking will be practiced when the students give the answers to the exercise. The book consists of 9 units. all of them are authentic, taken from the Internet, and carefully selected with doctors' help. The reading articles are of general interest of all medical doctors and cover a variety of topics. There are four articles of medicine and five different but related to it, topics such as water quality, chlorine, etc. The exercises applied in this book are varied and focused on the content rather than on the language. The length of time wil depend on how the book is used.
